Job summary

Gousto in Warrington is seeking Production Supervisors to lead on-shift teams and deliver Gousto boxes to customers on time, every time. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will supervise Section and Team Leaders, drive safe working practices, and partner with other shifts to maintain smooth operation.

The role requires strong leadership, planning and KPI focus, with a hands-on approach to using our warehouse systems and pick-by-light technology.
