Job summary

Greencore's Spalding site is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead and coordinate all activities in the factory. You will organise staff, manage productivity and drive performance to meet service levels and targets.

You will apply continuous improvement techniques, maintain safety and quality standards, and work with other functions to deliver daily production plans. This role is site-based with a focus on efficient, safe and cost-effective manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production or section management role within the food manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methods.
• Solid understanding of retailer expectations and how they are met.
• Proven leadership and team engagement skills.

Responsibilities
