Job summary

Greencore is seeking a Skilled Production Operative at our Manton Wood site. You will work on a busy production line, assisting with up to three products and ensuring ingredients are available to keep lines running smoothly.

Role includes manual handling and paperwork to meet food safety guidelines. A good grasp of English and GCSE-equivalent education are required; prior food manufacturing experience helps.

Qualifications

• Good basic English for regular communication with the Line Controller and for paperwork.
• Strong teamwork and communication across shifts.
• Attention to detail in line monitoring and paperwork.
• Ability to stay organised in a busy production environment.

Responsibilities

• Work on a busy production line, supporting up to 3 products.
• Support the Line Coordinator to ensure ingredients are ready and available.
• Ensure ingredients are available and machinery does not run out.
• Perform required paperwork and maintain food safety standards.
