Job summary

Greencore Wisbech is recruiting a Factory Team Leader to guide the shift, organise workloads and drive production safely and efficiently. You will ensure targets and quality standards are met while upholding Food Safety and GMP across the line.

Join a fast-paced environment with hands-on leadership, coaching colleagues, and close collaboration with management and other departments to keep the shift running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team.
• Understanding of production standards within manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Food Safety, Health & Safety and quality procedures.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the team throughout the shift.
• Organise workloads and allocate tasks to meet timescales.
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
• Motivate and guide colleagues during the shift.
• Monitor performance and maintain high standards.
• Follow procedures and ensure correct PPE and equipment use.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Promote Health & Safety, Food Safety, HACCP and GMP.
• Report production, equipment or quality concerns promptly.
• Support training and development of staff.
• Help investigations and implement improvements.
• Communicate progress and priorities with management and other departments.
