Job summary

Momentum Instore is seeking a Night Retail Support Manager to lead field-based night projects across UK retail environments. You will own operational delivery, briefing teams, and ensuring safety and client expectations are met.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to travel as needed. A full UK driving license and willingness to work nights are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license is required.
• Demonstrable experience in retail operations or field-based project delivery.
• Strong people-management and leadership skills.
• Clear, accurate and timely communication with field teams.
• Attention to detail to ensure work is completed first time.

Responsibilities

• Lead allocated night projects to high standards, briefing and supporting teams.
• Support project delivery, ensuring on-time completion and first-time accuracy.
• Manage, support and guide field teams on-site.
• Train and validate field teams, maintaining training records.
• Coach and develop teams to uphold service standards.
• Ensure on-site work follows client rules, policies and safety.
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders; keep reports up-to-date.
• Make cost-aware decisions to protect site margins and raise business cases when needed.
