Job summary

WORKwithYORK is seeking an Adult Night Care Worker for immediate start in the York area. The role is full-time, up to 5 shifts weekly, 9.15pm–7am. Pay ranges from £15.75 to £17.19 per hour.

Qualifications

• A full UK driver’s licence is required.
• At least 6 months care experience is required.
• Clear and effective communication with customers and carers; consult with other professionals in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Work in pairs in the community to provide sensitive and flexible support to the elderly.
• Assist with medication when needed.
• Follow and contribute to individual and service care plans and risk assessments.
