Advinia is seeking a registered nurse to join our night shift team. You will work closely with home managers to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care to residents in a supportive environment.

The role emphasises leadership, mentoring and ensuring all care plans and records meet NMC guidelines. You will lead a team on night shifts (20:00–08:00), coordinate with GPs and health professionals, and maintain rigorous documentation while safeguarding resident wellbeing and privacy.

Competenze

• NMC Nursing Licence required with evidence of registration.
• At least 1 year of nursing practice in a care setting.
• Strong leadership and team mentoring abilities.

Mansioni

• Ensure all staff contribute to efficient running and resident well‑being.
• Conduct regular health observations and wound care as required.
• Lead and support the care team; identify training needs.
• Cover for Deputy/Home Manager in their absence when needed.
• Maintain resident Care Plans in collaboration with families and health professionals.
• Assess residents' care needs and provide supervision by qualified nursing staff.
• Keep accurate records and up‑to‑date care plans; monthly reviews per policy.
• Ensure clear handover reports at shift end.
• Administer, order, and document medications per policy.
