Job summary

Advinia is hiring a Senior Care Assistant to lead care teams and deliver high-quality, resident-centered care. You will work closely with Nurses or Deputy Manager to supervise staff, implement care plans and ensure compliance with CQC guidelines.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent and prior experience in a similar position. The night shift runs from 20:00 to 08:00, with opportunities for training and career progression.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills are essential.
• Ability to lead and support a care team.
• Flexible, organised and adaptable in a busy environment.
