Advinia Healthcare is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead care teams during the night shift, delivering high-quality resident care and ensuring dignity and safety.

Working alongside Nurses or Deputy Manager, you will administer medication, supervise colleagues, and help update care plans while adhering to CQC guidelines. NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is required, and a genuine passion for compassionate care is essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care (or equivalent) required.
• Experience in a similar role is desirable.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
