You will work closely with Nurses or Deputy Managers to oversee day-to-day care delivery, ensure medication administration accuracy, and uphold high standards of dignity and respect for residents.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, training and mentoring of staff, and adherence to CQC guidelines.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent required.
• Experience in a similar role.
