Job summary

Advinia Healthcare operates across multiple care homes in the UK, delivering person-centred care for older residents. The Registered Nurse will work with Home Managers to ensure high standards of care and safety within the home. The role includes night shifts, care planning, and regulatory compliance.

You will lead a team, supervise staff, and maintain detailed records while providing compassionate, holistic nursing for residents in a busy care home environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership and mentoring experience in care settings.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to keep documentation up to date.
• Experience with NMC guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support care team to provide high-quality resident care.
• Administer, order and store medicines per NMC and company policy.
• Maintain individualised Care Plans with residents, relatives and other health professionals.
• Ensure shift handovers and accurate record-keeping at end of each shift.
• Assess residents' needs and provide health supervision as required.
