Qualifications

• Must hold an active NMC pin and be registered as a Nurse.
• Experience delivering person-centred care in a care home setting preferred.
• Ability to coach and guide care teams and provide clinical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for residents’ physical, emotional and social well-being.
• Coach and guide the care team; deliver teaching programmes.
• Carry out assessments and develop, implement and evaluate personalised care plans.
• Monitor safety and ensure care practices meet standards and legislation.
