Job summary

Qualifications

• Taking responsibility for residents’ wellbeing and addressing physical, emotional and social needs.
• Coaching and guiding the team, delivering teaching to colleagues.
• Carrying out assessments and developing individualized care plans.
• Monitoring areas and practices to ensure safety and compliance.
