Job summary

Bupa Hatfield Peverel Care Home in Chelmsford is seeking a Registered Nurse on a Bank contract, mainly covering night shifts. You’ll join a team delivering person-centred care and supporting independence for residents.

As an NMC-registered nurse, you will manage clinical duties, administer medications, and contribute to care plans while training on digital care tools and upholding high standards.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for NMC registration and hold an active pin.
• Experience delivering high-quality patient care in a care home setting is preferred.
• Comfort in managing clinical duties and liaising with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and treatment to residents.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor effects.
• Develop, implement and review individualized care plans.
