Job summary

Dean Wood Bupa Care Home in Brighton seeks a Registered Nurse for a flexible bank role, covering mixed day and night shifts with emphasis on night coverage. Hourly pay ranges from £22.85 to £25.08 depending on experience. DBS check and induction are provided as part of the package.

You will support residents with physical, emotional and social needs, review care plans, administer medications, and provide clinical guidance to the team while maintaining high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and current nursing registration.
• Experience delivering nursing care to residents in care settings.
• Ability to administer and review medications and care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care to residents, addressing physical, emotional and social needs.
• Coach and guide team members; deliver teaching and support to colleagues.
• Assess, develop and evaluate individualised care plans for residents.
• Monitor safety, policies and standards and handover clinical issues clearly.
