Job summary

Bupa UK is seeking a Registered Nurse on a Bank contract for Dean Wood Bupa Care Home in Brighton. The role covers day and night shifts with a focus on delivering person-centred care to residents.

You will be responsible for overseeing care, administering medications, and developing individualised care plans, while guiding the care team and ensuring high standards of clinical practice. Training on digital care will be provided.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and current registration.
• Experience managing care units and clinical duties in a care home.
• Ability to provide clinical guidance and support to care teams.
• Ability to work night shifts with strong critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Taking responsibility for residents' wellbeing across physical, emotional, and social needs.
• Coaching the team and delivering formal/informal teaching.
• Carrying out assessments and developing individualized care plans.
• Monitoring work areas to ensure safety and compliance.
