Job summary

Bupa Knights Grove Care Home in Southampton is seeking a Registered Nurse on a bank/part-time basis to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. You will manage clinical duties, administer medications, review care plans and support residents and families with compassion.

To apply you must hold a valid NMC pin and be comfortable leading the care team, with a focus on safety, standards and best practice within the home environment.

Qualifications

• Valid NMC pin and current nursing registration.
• Experience providing clinical guidance to care teams.
• Ability to develop and evaluate individualised care plans.
• Strong communication with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for residents' physical, emotional and social needs.
• Coach and guide the team; deliver teaching programmes.
• Carry out assessments and implement care plans.
• Monitor areas to ensure safety and compliance with standards.
