Heathbrook House Bupa Care Home in Bromsgrove is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for night shifts (8pm-8am). The role offers 36 hours per week, with enhancements on nights and weekends and a £1 boost on night shifts, plus a £1000 welcome bonus and paid breaks.

You’ll oversee care, administer medications, and lead a skilled team to deliver person-centred care. Experience in mental health and dementia is desirable.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
• Experience managing unit operations and supervising care staff.
• Ability to administer and order medications and review care plans.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for residents' physical, emotional and social needs.
• Coach and guide the care team; provide teaching to colleagues.
• Develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans for residents.
• Ensure safety and compliance with standards, policies and legislation.
• Handover clinical issues to the team and health professionals.
