Job summary

Bupa Ashley Park Care Home in Guildford is hiring a Registered Nurse for night shifts (8pm–8am) on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Sundays. You will lead the unit with clinical duties, administer medications, review care plans, and provide guidance to the care team.

Must hold a current NMC pin and ensure high clinical standards. You’ll work in a person-centred environment, focus on residents’ wellbeing, and support CQC-compliant care delivery.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
• Experience delivering care in a home or clinical setting.
• Ability to supervise and guide care team and document care plans.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for residents' physical, emotional and social needs.
• Coach and guide the team with teaching programmes.
• Assess, develop and evaluate individualised care plans.
• Monitor areas to ensure safety and compliance with standards.
