Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and clinical duties in the home.
• Experience maintaining high clinical standards and policies.

Responsibilities

• Taking responsibility for the well-being of residents and meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs.
• Coaching and guiding the team with formal and informal teaching for colleagues and other carers.
• Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans.
• Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure safety and compliance with standards and legislation.
