Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin and clinical governance knowledge.
• Experience delivering high-quality patient-centred care on a hospital or care-home ward.
• Ability to work night shifts and coordinate with the care team.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for residents' physical, emotional and social needs.
• Coach and guide the team, delivering formal and informal teaching.
• Develop and evaluate individualised care plans for residents.
• Ensure safe practices and compliance with standards and policies.
