Job summary

Bupa UK is seeking a Registered Nurse (Nights) at Hadley Lawns, Barnet. You will cover 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts, with paid breaks and a £1,000 welcome bonus. The role focuses on person-centred care, clinical excellence and leadership within the care team.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
• Experience ensuring policies and standards are kept to a high clinical standard.
• Ability to provide clinical guidance for care teams and handover.
• Strong communication and handover skills.
• Comfort working nights independently with appropriate support.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for residents' physical, emotional and social well-being.
• Coach and guide the team; deliver teaching and support to colleagues.
• Assess and develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans.
• Monitor safety and compliance with standards and legislation.
