Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and unit management responsibilities.
• Experience upholding policies and clinical standards.
• Ability to provide clinical guidance to care teams and support CQC tasks.
• Strong communication with residents and families, and handover to team members.
• Ability to work night shifts, remain self-reliant, and manage staff in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for residents' wellbeing and ensure physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
• Coach and guide the team; deliver formal and informal teaching to colleagues.
• Carry out assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor areas to ensure safety and compliance with standards and legislation.
