Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group are partnering with a well-established manufacturing business in Rotherham to recruit a Night Shift Supervisor.

You’ll lead a team of circa 10 employees across the night shift, coordinating machining and production to hit safety, quality, delivery and efficiency targets.

This permanent night role (Sunday-Thursday) offers hands-on leadership with real ownership of the shift and scope to drive continuous improvement across the operation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in manufacturing.
• Hands-on leadership style with ownership of a shift.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of approximately 10 employees across the night shift.
• Plan, schedule and review workloads to ensure production and on-time delivery targets are achieved.
• Monitor daily production performance and report against KPIs.
• Drive improvements across Quality, OTD and OEE.
• Champion a strong safety-first culture and adherence to H&S procedures.
