Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is partnering with a well-established manufacturer near Petersfield, Hampshire to recruit a Production Team Leader for the night shift. You will lead a high-performing team, drive output, quality and health & safety targets, and push continuous improvements across the shift.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with Mon-Thurs 4 x 10-hour night shifts (9:00pm – 7:00am). The role requires manufacturing leadership and commutability to Petersfield or surrounding
