Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment in Coventry is seeking a Shift Supervisor to take ownership of a 3 on 3 off night shift, leading up to 20 staff with a strong focus on safety, quality and performance.

You'll plan labour, drive site KPIs, run daily audits, oversee stock movements, and coordinate with customers and suppliers, supported by clear processes and an established operations framework.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced manufacturing, production, distribution or logistics environment.
• Strong people and performance management skills, with the ability to drive standards and improvements.
• Confident communicator capable of motivating a team and running an organised, compliant shift.

Responsibilities

• Sole responsibility for site operations on shift, leading up to 20 staff (Nuneaton site).
• Driving performance and quality targets, safety/quality audits, reporting and stock movement.
• 3 on 3 off night shift (18:00-06:00).
