Job summary

Bis Henderson is seeking a Warehouse/Production Shift Supervisor for its Coventry site. The role covers night shifts (6pm–6am) on a 3-on, 3-off pattern, averaging about 40.25 hours per week. You will lead and develop a team of up to 20, ensuring health, safety, quality and stock control are maintained.

Salary ranges from £33,000 to £45,000 per year, with benefits. You will manage labour, shipping/receiving, and site performance, reporting to the Site Manager.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in fast-paced operations.
• Experience managing teams up to 20 staff.
• Experience in FMCG/logistics/warehousing preferred.
• Strong health and safety and quality focus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for site operations during your shift.
• Lead and develop a team of up to 20 employees and agency staff.
• Plan labour to meet operational requirements.
• Oversee stock movements, shipping/receiving, and stock control.
• Drive performance, productivity and quality.
• Complete shift reports and performance updates.
• Ensure safety, quality and environmental standards.
