Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment in Coventry is seeking a Shift Supervisor to take ownership of a 3 on 3 off night shift, leading up to 20 staff with a strong focus on safety, quality and performance.

You'll plan labour, drive site KPIs, run daily audits, oversee stock movements, and coordinate with customers and suppliers, supported by clear processes and an established operations framework.

Shift Supervisor

£35,000 - £45,000 + 3 On 3 Off + Night Shift + Permanent Role + Training & Development

Coventry (Commutable from: Leicester, Birmingham, Rugby, Hinckley, Tamworth, Warwick, Solihull)

Are you a Shift Supervisor looking to take full ownership of a night shift, with real responsibility for performance, people and standards? Do you have experience leading teams in a fast-paced production, distribution or logistics environment, driving output and quality?

This is a permanent leadership position where you'll be trusted to run the shift end-to-end - planning labour, hitting site KPIs, and keeping standards high, with the backing of an established operation and clear processes to work to.

You'll be joining a structured, process-driven site where safety, quality and performance are taken seriously, and where strong leadership is recognised through visibility, autonomy, and the chance to make genuine improvements to how the shift runs.

On a 3 on 3 off night pattern, you'll lead up to 20 staff and be responsible for daily safety/quality audits, reporting, housekeeping standards, stock counts, and coordinating with customers and suppliers.

This role suits a motivated leader who wants ownership, accountability and the satisfaction of running a shift properly - taking pride in standards, driving performance, and developing a team in a hands-on environment.
