B&H Worldwide (Holdings) Limited in Heathrow, UK, seeks a Night Shift Operations Coordinator for Export, Import and AOG to manage shipments end-to-end with a strong customer focus.

You will handle quotations, documentation, customs compliance and live job creation using Cargowise, while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams on night shift operations to ensure on-time delivery and accurate billing.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in Import / Export / AOG.
• Strong understanding of UK customs law and procedures.
• Experience with Customs Declaration Service.
• Knowledge of Cargowise (preferred).
• Proficient with Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Dangerous Goods certification is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Handle import / export processes from quotation to shipment completion.
• Manage all documentation including customs entries and delivery instructions.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to emails and calls and tracking shipments.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and billing within KPIs, maintaining customer data.
• Ensure compliance with aviation requirements, health and safety, and QMS.
• Provide quotations using Cargowise, convert to live jobs and follow up.

The Opportunity

TheOperations Coordinatorwill be responsible for completing shipments from start to finish within the AOG Operations team, ensuring excellent customer service at all times. This role plays a key part in the import process, managing documentation, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring compliance with customs regulations while providing timely support to customers.

Key Role Accountabilities:

As a Night Shift Operations Coordinator, you will:

• Handle import / export processes from quotation to shipment completion, ensuring cost-effective and timely solutions for customers.
• Manage all documentation for import / export activities, including customs entries and delivery instructions, in line with compliance requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to emails and calls promptly, tracking shipments, and addressing inquiries.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping, billing within KPIs, and maintaining customer data in the company system.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory aviation requirements, health and safety policies, and B&H Worldwide’s Quality Management System.
• Provide timely and accurate quotations using Cargowise, converting them into live jobs and following up to secure business.

Your Experience:

We are looking for someone who:

• Thrives in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
• Has strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrates a solid understanding of UK customs law and procedures.
• Has experience with Customs Declaration Service and knowledge of Cargowise (preferred).
• Is proficient with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ideally has Dangerous Goods compliance certification.
• Can work independently, using their initiative to assess data and propose solutions.
