Abbott is seeking a Shift Lead for the Sensor Manufacturing team in Witney, UK. You will develop, lead and motivate your team, ensuring quality, yield and output deliverables.

You will act as a representative at daily meetings, report on metrics, escalate issues, and coordinate between teams. The role requires passion for leading teams and delivering results, with strong communication and organisational skills.

Formación

• Experience leading teams and delivering results.
• Excellent communication, organization and time management.
• Experience in laboratory or manufacturing environment preferred; GLP and GMP experience considered.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and motivate the Sensor Manufacturing team, ensuring quality, yield and output deliverables.
• Own your area; represent at daily meetings, report metrics, escalate issues and coordinate between teams.
• Support daily walk-around activities with quality, engineering and other support functions.
