Night Shift Manager

Salary:

£30,000 to £35,000 per year

Job Type:

Temp to Perm

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday, 21:00 - 07:00 (40 hours per week). Training during day shift hours for up to 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of approximately 15 employees, including 2 supervisors
• Manage one production line and cutting shop
• Ensure operational efficiency and maintain production standards

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Mechanical knowledge
