What you’ll do

• Overseeing the replenishment of the store, keeping it stocked and tidy to enhance the customers' shopping experience.
• Managing deliveries and collaborating with the day management team on product moves or price changes.
• Reporting stock issues as they arise.
• Allocating tasks to the Night Retail Assistants on each shift.
• Developing their skills to keep them motivated and engaged.
• Driving your own development through digital learning, apprenticeships, and career pathways, growing in a supportive environment powered by our people.
