Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Northampton is seeking a Warehouse Night Shift Manager to lead operations and drive efficiency. The role includes supervising daily warehouse activities, implementing process improvements and ensuring safety and compliance.

You'll manage five First Line Managers across a 4 on/4 off, 18:00–06:00 shift pattern, with a 33 day leave option and a discretionary bonus. A strong background in logistics leadership and cost-to-serve optimization is essential.

We're now looking for a Warehouse Night Shift Manager to lead our operations and drive success.

This Role Would Suit People Who

• Have proven experence as a Warehouse Shift Manager within a busy logistics environment / 2-3 Years.
• Have proven experience in developing and training a team of manages.
• Have performance mindset & operational excellence to drive a culture focused on quality, accuracy, cost control, and performance and efficiency—not just volume.
• Have experence cultural change and continuous improvement.
• Must understand and manage cost-to-serve, productivity, and performance.
• Have experence in change management and continuous improvement.
• Will work with HRBP, Health & Safety, resource planners and other managers.
• Will be responsible for five First Line Managers.
• Happy to work on a rotational shift 4 on 4 off.
• Happy to work 12 hrs shifts for 4 days
