Job summary

Pioneer Selection is recruiting a Night Shift Maintenance Engineer for a large-scale, highly automated manufacturing site in Basildon. You will deliver planned, preventative and reactive maintenance across complex production lines to maximise reliability and minimise downtime.

The role requires fault-finding, experience with CMMS or PPM systems, and an engineering qualification (Level 3 or above). The site operates high-speed processes in a COMAH-regulated environment and offers strong overtime,

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in manufacturing environment.
• Level 3 in Engineering or above.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills and knowledge of safety regs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned, preventative and reactive maintenance across complex production lines.
• Maximise equipment reliability and reduce downtime to improve OEE.
• Work as part of a night engineering team in a COMAH-regulated environment.
