Pivotal People on behalf of our client in Lincolnshire is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for night shifts at a residential nursing home. Join a recently re-energised team focused on person-centred care and high standards.

You will lead night shifts, mentor junior staff, supervise, and ensure safe, compassionate care across the night, with a 36–48 hour week and a fixed 12-hour shift pattern.

Competenze

• At least two years of experience in a residential or nursing home.
• Level 3 in Health & Social Care is essential for senior roles.
