The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organisational, and IT skills, with a commitment to helping residents stay as active and independent as possible.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in health and social care is desirable.
• Be well-organised, IT literate and adept at allocating and delegating work.
• Proven ability to lead and supervise others.
• Good understanding of care planning processes.
• Experience in or willingness to train on administering medication.
• Natural ability to help make residents' lives more fulfilling.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supervising your shift.
• Case managing residents and liaising with families, healthcare professionals and stakeholders for care plans.
• Administering and recording medication.
• Carrying out risk assessments.
• Working with care assistants to support residents with daily needs and independence.
• Collaborating with leadership to develop services and maintain a high standard of care.
