Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Night Shift Lead to manage in-store operations during the night window. You will lead the team, cover all areas of the store, and act as the main point of contact for daily queries.

The role focuses on delivering great customer service and maintaining an inclusive, high-performing team environment. Responsibilities include coaching colleagues, stepping in during the Manager's absence, and making balanced decisions in a dynamic retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store
• Working across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, being the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries
• Building positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best
• Confidently leading the store in the Manager's absence
• Making balanced, flexible decisions and adapting well to change
• Coaching colleagues, giving feedback and role modelling great service
• Staying curious and seeking opportunities to serve our customers, communities, and planet a little better every day
