Job summary

Marks & Spencer Plc is seeking a Team Support Manager to oversee the overnight fill operations and lead a team to ensure the sales floor is ready to trade. You will coordinate resources, support the Colleague Manager in their absence, and drive productivity during the fill cycle.

The role requires strong customer service, stock control, and leadership capabilities, with responsibilities spanning opening/closing duties, cash handling, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the fill operation to keep the sales floor ready to trade.
• Coordinate resources to deliver operational tasks during the fill.
• Lead the floor in the absence of the Colleague Manager.
• Allocate resources for a quick payment experience.
• Ensure daily processes are implemented efficiently across the store.
• Coordinate the team to maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented store.
• Model great customer service and embody M&S behaviours.
• Support Colleague Managers and nearby stores as needed.
• Be a key holder and respond to call-outs.
• Handle opening and closing tasks, receipts, temperature, logging issues, cash handling, and TSL compliance in peripheral hours.
