Job summary

Marks and Spencer in Antrim is seeking a proactive frontline colleague to lead the fill operation and ensure the sales floor is ready to trade. You will coordinate resources to Serve, Sell and Fill, and support the Colleague Manager in their absence to keep momentum.

This role requires 18+ and includes an unsocial premium of £3.00 per hour for hours between 22:00 and 06:00, with evening and weekend patterns as shown.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the fill operation and coordinate resources to deliver a quick payment experience.
• Coordinate the team to deliver a clean, safe and well-presented store.
• Support Colleague Managers by sharing observations to deliver high performance.
