Arcus FM Limited in Redditch is seeking a Customer Assurance Agent for a permanent, full-time role. You will work 40 hours per week from 7pm to 7am on a rotating schedule, including weekends, requiring flexibility.

As the go-to person between Helpdesk and Planning, you will manage multiple inboxes, respond to queries, and produce MI reports capturing incidents from fire to water issues. Strong Excel skills, time management, and accuracy are essential.

• Proficient with Excel and reporting.

Mansioni

• Manage multiple inboxes and liaise between Helpdesk and Planning teams.
• Answer queries promptly and produce MI reports.
• Capture faults from incidents and report to Directors with accuracy.
• Work under pressure to resolve major/minor incidents.
