Job summary

Resource Data Management Ltd. in Glasgow invites applications for a Part Time Incident Team Operator. The role is three set days per week (Saturday, Sunday and Monday) with hours from 7.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.

at the Glasgow Head Office. You will handle urgent incidents, gather information from callers, and follow established procedures to ensure accurate escalation and resolution. Key duties include handling inbound calls, raising tickets on ActiveFM, outbound site contact, monitoring open

Qualifications

• Experience in a call centre or customer service role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient keyboard and computer-based systems.
• Professional telephone manner and calm approach.
• Able to stay calm with urgent or high-pressure situations.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work set shifts.

Responsibilities

• Answer, manage and triage all Business Continuity calls.
• Raise tickets on ActiveFM and ensure information is complete.
• Make outbound calls to sites and support clients.
• Revisit and monitor open tickets until resolution.
• Obtain stock and sales loss information for Friday reporting.
• Manage the client email inbox and respond appropriately.
• Update internal documentation and generate weekly reports.
