Job summary

Resource Data Management Ltd is seeking an Incident Team Operator to join the Monitoring Bureau at our Glasgow Head Office. This part-time role covers weekends, with shift from 7.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m., handling urgent calls and escalating incidents following established procedures.

You will triage calls, raise tickets on ActiveFM, monitor open tickets, and compile weekly reports for clients. The role includes a 1.25-hour unpaid break per day and offers benefits such as a company pension and

• Monitor open tickets and escalate as required.
• Generate weekly summaries and client reports.
