Job summary

Hotel Co 51 is seeking a guest-focused team member for a full-time front desk role at Moxy Hotels. You will help guests, check in/out, operate food & beverage outlets, handle payments, and keep BOH areas organized.

Experience in the service industry and knowledge of Opera or Micros are preferred. Benefits include health plan, discounted stays for you and family, F&B discounts, and generous holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• Experience within the service industry.
• Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros.
• Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws.
• Personal experience of travel and travel industry.

Responsibilities

• Helping guests and creating positive experiences.
• Manage hotel room inventory and checking guests in/out the Moxy way.
• Operate Food & Beverage outlets the Moxy way.
• Manage all bills and payments correctly.
• Prepare food, clean, tidy, restock, take deliveries and organize BOH areas.
• Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely.
• Supporting other Crew Members and follow direction from Crew Leaders.
• Promote and support the Moxy brand & the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program.
