Job summary

Hotel Co 51 is seeking a vibrant hospitality crewmember to support night audit, assist guests, and balance daily accounts at a MOXY-branded property. You will balance the books, prepare the hotel for the next day, and help guests enjoy a positive experience.

Experience in hospitality, familiarity with Opera/Micros, and strong English communication are valued. A full-time role with benefits and Marriott Bonvoy perks awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience within the service industry.
• Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros.
• Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Run the night audit and balance the days accounts.
• Prepare the hotel for the following day.
• Help guests and create positive experiences.
• Manage room inventory and check guests in/out the Moxy way.
• Operate Food & Beverage outlets the Moxy way.
• Manage all bills and payments correctly.
• Prepare food, clean, tidy, restock, take deliveries and organize BOH areas.
• Follow all food safety, licensing and health & safety policies to work safely.
• Support other crewmembers and follow direction from crew leaders.
• Promote & support the Moxy brand and the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program.
