Job summary

Hotel Co 51 is seeking a Night Auditor to join the Night Crew, ensuring smooth guest check-ins/outs and efficient back-of-house operations. You will coordinate room inventory, oversee F&B duties, manage payments, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are energetic, people-focused, and excellent communicators who thrive in a lively hotel setting and enjoy teamwork within the Marriott Moxy ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience within the service industry.
• Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros.
• Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws.
• Personal travel experience or travel industry familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Help guests and create positive experiences.
• Manage hotel room inventory and check guests in/out the Moxy way.
• Operate Food & Beverage outlets the Moxy way.
• Manage all bills and payments correctly.
• Prepare food, clean, restock, take deliveries and organize BOH areas.
• Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely.
• Support other Crew Members and follow direction from Crew Leaders.
• Promote and support the Moxy brand and the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program.
