Job summary

IKEA Croydon is seeking a Fulfilment Operations Coordinator to lead our night shift in the warehouse, ensuring smooth workflows and safe, efficient operations. You will manage a team, coordinate picking, packing, and stock control, and uphold service standards for Click & Collect.

The role demands hands-on leadership, strong communication, and experience in warehousing environments. Night hours run 1AM–11:30AM with a £2.25 night shift allowance per hour; 39 hours/week, with alternate weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating a team in a warehouse setting.
• Ability to prioritise and organise workloads quickly and accurately.
• Experience using technical equipment to boost productivity.
• Must be 18 years or older for health and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the night shift operation within the warehouse.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities including receiving goods, picking and packing orders, and maintaining stock records.
• Supervise team members, assign tasks, and drive daily routines with focus on safety and efficiency.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain high customer service standards at Click & Collect areas.
• Identify improvement opportunities and communicate them to the team and supervisor.
