IKEA Croydon seeks a Warehouse Coordinator to lead the night shift and support our Fulfilment Operations. You will oversee workflows, ensure safety standards, and drive productivity within the team.

Strong communication, warehouse experience, and hands-on leadership are essential for success. The role includes a starting salary of £33,500 per year, night shift from 1:00 AM to 11:30 AM, and a night shift allowance of £2.25 per hour for eligible hours.

Qualifications

• Strong communicator with warehouse experience and hands-on leadership.
• Experience coordinating a team in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to prioritise workloads with attention to detail.
• 18 years or older with compliance to health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the night shift operation and ensure smooth workflows.
• Receive, pick and pack orders, and maintain stock accuracy.
• Supervise daily operations and assign responsibilities to team members.
• Work with heavy machinery safely and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Maintain high customer service levels at Click & Collect areas.
