Job summary

IKEA Croydon is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator for our night shift, known internally as a Fulfilment Operations Coordinator. You will lead a team during the night shift, ensure smooth workflows and safety, and drive productivity across the shift.

Strong communication and hands-on leadership in a warehouse environment are essential. The role requires coordinating heavy stock handling, operating with forklifts around the warehouse, and maintaining accurate stock records and customer service in

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating a team in a warehouse setting.
• Ability to prioritise and organise workloads swiftly with attention to detail.
• Experience using technical equipment to improve productivity.
• Must be 18 years or older and comply with health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the night shift operation.
• Oversee daily warehouse tasks: receiving, picking, packing, stock records.
• Supervise and assign areas of responsibility to the team.
• Ensure safety protocols and regulations are followed.
• Maintain high standard of customer service at Click & Collect areas.
