Job summary

Inter IKEA Systems B.V. is seeking a detail-oriented Replenishment Team member for IKEA Belfast. You will help ensure stock availability, handle heavy goods, and support receiving and packing processes in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role requires 18 hours weekly with 4am-10am shifts, including 2 out of 3 weekends. The start date is October 2026, with night-shift allowance paid for 4am-6am hours and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and comfortable with extensive manual handling.
• Ability to prioritise and organise workload with attention to detail.
• Experience in using technical equipment to boost productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manually handle and replenish stock in assigned area, receive and pick orders with accuracy.
• Operate heavy machinery such as forklift trucks and pump trucks to move goods safely.
• Keep stock records up to date and follow safety protocols at all times.
• Support the replenishment process across products from furniture to storage solutions.
