Job summary

Marks & Spencer Plc is seeking a Customer Assistant in our Food section to frontline our fast-growing retail network. You will thrive under pressure, deliver excellent service, and engage with customers to meet demand across busy periods.

You’ll help by promoting new food products, working across store areas, and using Sparks App to enhance the customer experience and speed up service. Night shifts are a core element, with a £3 premium on late hours.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
• Flexible across store areas and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide five-star service at pace to customers.
• Confidently recommend and sell new food products.
• Utilise Sparks App and store devices to assist customers.
